NatSci Research Exploration
NatSci Research Exploration Scholarships are open to all students with a NatSci primary major and no prior research experience who are beginning research under the direction of an MSU faculty mentor in Spring semester. Applicants should work with their research mentor to prepare a research plan (1 page maximum) that provides background and significance for the planned work and describes what the applicant will do during the semester. This scholarship is intended to help students gain research experience that will make them more competitive for NatSci’s other undergraduate research scholarships. This scholarship does not require a financial contribution from the student’s research mentor.
