Thomas A Stahr Expendable Scholarship

The Scholarship shall be awarded to students who graduated from Lowell High School in Lowell, Michigan and demonstrated leadership qualities, good citizenship, acceptable academic standing and their participation in extracurricular activities as a student at Lowell High School or successor school serving the Lowell, Michigan area.
