Open to all MSU students. Preference will be given to students who have graduated from either Carrollton High School (or such school as may provide a high school education in the future to students from the same geographic area) Saginaw, MI or the Lansing School District, Lansing, MI and must be enrolled full-time and maintain the minimum GPA to matriculate as an MSU student.
