Washington D.C. Chapter MSU Black Alumni Scholarship

Recipients shall be selected based on the following criteria:

1. Enrollment in an undergraduate degree program at least part-time when the Scholarship is activated.
2. Minimum 2.7 GPA (Incoming freshmen are eligible for this Scholarship provided their high school GPA meets this criterion).
3. Residence in the greater metropolitan Washington, D.C. area.
4. Financial need may be considered.
