Scholarship criteria:
Recipients shall be selected according to the following criteria:
Entering full-time freshmen students at MSU. Applicants shall be Washtenaw County residents enrolled in an accredited high school at the time application is made for this Scholarship.
Applicants must have submitted an application for admission to be considered for this Scholarship.
Potential to succeed at MSU as demonstrated by involvement in community and school affairs.
