Peter and Sharon Faricy Spartan Scholarship Challenge

All students who are entering their freshman or sophomore year at MSU and who are eligible to participate in federal need-based financial aid programs will be considered for Scholarships. Initial Scholarship awards may be made only to such students. It is the donor’s preference that this scholarship will be awarded to students who are US citizens or permanent residents, and live in Michigan. It is the Donors’ preference that the Scholarship is awarded to students who graduated from University of Detroit High School, Brother Rice High School, Loyola High School, Marian High School, or Mercy High School.

Scholarships will be renewable until the recipient’s graduation, no matter what major or college the recipient chooses, provided that the recipient continues in good standing. The recipient must also remain eligible to participate in federal need-based financial aid programs.
