The MSU Black Alumni Association Scholarship Committee in consultation with Financial Aid and Admissions, will review applications and recommend scholarship recipients. MSU reserves the right to make the final decision
Preference will be given to a student who has graduated from either Carrollton High School (or such school as may provide a high school education in the future to students from the same geographic area) Saginaw, MI or the Lansing School District, Lansing, MI and be a full-time student who maintains the minimum GPA to matriculate as an MSU student.- Award
