Oregon/SW Washington Spartans Scholarship

Recipients shall be full time undergraduate or graduate students at Michigan State University with financial need who are from the state of Oregon,
or the counties of Pacific, Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania and Lewis in the state of Washington.
