Preference is given to an incoming freshman who has graduated from a high school in the Amphitheater (AZ) Public School District. If a recipient cannot be identified, the geographic range will initially extend to students from Pima County (AZ) and then to the region served by the MSU Tucson Alumni Club. If no freshmen candidates are available for consideration, current MSU students from this region with a minimum 2.50 cumulative GPA are eligible.
