Awarded to a graduate of a high school in the Michigan counties of Wexford, Missaukee or Osceola, who demonstrates strong academic achievement through GPA, standardized test scores, and strength of curriculum. Participation in athletics/extracurricular and community activities, and special awards/recognition shall all be considered in the selection process.
