Once Scholarship in the maximum amount of $25,000 shall be awarded annually to a student enrolled in the College who is the child or grandchild of a current or retired employee of Trane or its subsidiaries.
If no applicants meet this selection criteria in a given year, the Scholarship may be awarded to students enrolled in the College who have financial need.
