Preference shall be given to students enrolled in Civil Engineering program with high priority to those with an interest in the construction industry.
Must show self to be deserving of financial aid by having earned a portion of their college expenses through their own initiative and effort.
Must have shown dedicated service to the College of Engineering and to Tau Beta Pi.
