Disc Fund-Communication Arts - Carl Beck Memorial Scholarship Fund in Communication Arts

Roger and Jean Beck established this scholarship more than 30 years ago in honor of his father, Carl Beck, who attended Michigan State University. Carl did not graduate, but always had a soft spot in his heart for MSU. Roger earned his degree from the College of Business and Roger and Jean’s son’s James and Edward both graduated from MSU, College of Business and College of Communication Arts and Sciences, respectively.

This scholarship students is intended to help a ComArtSci student from Michigan who has demonstrated capacity to achieve educational and professional goals.

Recipient must maintain full-time enrollment for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters to remain eligible to receive the award.
