The Vernon F. Barker is awarded through the Grand Traverse Alumni Scholarship- please apply through the Grand Traverse MSU Alumni Club Scholarship
Recipients shall also be incoming students who are Veterans of the United States military, or shall be a son, daughter or grandchild of a Veteran of the United States military.
