A committee composed of a representative from the MSU Office of Financial Aid and a member of the MSU Black Alumni Association, chosen by their Board of Directors will select scholarship recipients in accordance with the Office of Financial Aid’s, or its future successor MSU unit, if any, practices and procedures for the selection of scholarships in effect at the time of the selection. The Committee will review applications and make recommendations to the Office of Financial Aid. The Office of Financial Aid reserves the right to make the final selection of the award recipients.
Preference will be given to students who plan to major or who are currently enrolled in Accounting in the Eli Broad College of Business.
To the extent possible, further preference will be given to applicants with younger siblings.
