William Carr MSU Black Alumni Scholarship

It is the scholarship’s intent to encourage cultural and ethnic diversity, African Americans particularly shall be encouraged to attend MSU and apply for this award.
At least part-time enrollment in an undergraduate degree program.
Financial need may be considered.
Minimum 2.7 cumulative GPA.
Incoming freshmen are eligible provided their high school GPA is 3.0 or higher
