William R. Weigand Spartan Scholarship Challenge

All students who are entering their freshman or sophomore year at MSU and who are eligible to participate in federal need-based financial aid programs will be considered for Scholarships. Initial Scholarship awards may be made only to such students. Preferences for the award of Scholarships will be given to students who are pursuing a degree in the Forestry Department in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources or who are pursuing a degree in Accounting in the College of Business.

Scholarships will be renewable until the recipient’s graduation, no matter what major or college the recipient chooses, provided that the recipient continues in good standing. The recipient must also remain eligible to participate in federal need-based financial aid programs.
