Mildred E. Swanson and Erika K. Jackson Endowed Scholarship

If in any given year there is no student eligible from Grand Ledge High School, then a student from Ingham, Eaton, or Clinton Counties shall be selected.
Preference will be given to students involved in the MSU Marching Band, or any other MSU related music programs on campus.
Preference will be given to students who demonstrate financial need as determined by the federal government through its policies and procedures.
