Idaho Spartan Expendable Scholarship

(a) Recipients shall be students who are residents of the state of Idaho. In the event no such student is enrolled at Michigan State University, the scholarship amount will be held until a qualifying student is identified. Preference shall be given to students with demonstrated financial need. This award may be renewed for up to eight semesters.
