Eugene M. Holmes Endowed Scholarship

Preference will be given to incoming undergraduate students who are graduates of public schools within the city of Detroit and have demonstrated financial need as determined by the federal government according to its policies and procedures. Awards may be renewed through completion of an undergraduate degree as long as recipients continue to demonstrate financial need.
