The scholarship shall be awarded to junior or senior students majoring in Construction Management or Engineering. In good academic standing. First preference will be given to students majoring in Construction Management or Civil Engineering from Saginaw County high schools. If there are no students from Saginaw County high school, consideration will be given to candidates from Bay, Genesee and Midland County high schools.

Preference given to candidates who demonstrate financial need as determined by the federal government according to its policies and procedures.
