Financial Need
Academic Level/Class: Graduate / All Undergraduate / All
Undergraduate and Graduate students admitted to the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department in the College of Engineering with demonstrated financial need will be eligible for this award. Current or past participation in a Multicultural Initiatives Office program or service including but not limited to the Guided Learning Center, Academic Success Coaching program, Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (“SASE”), National Society of Black Engineers (“NSBE”), Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (“SHPE”), or other similar student organizations and/or students participating in research sponsored by either the Engineering and Science Success Academy (“ESSA”) or MI-LSAMP. Preference given to students with current or past participation in the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE).
