Recipients shall be incoming students with a minimum grade point average of 3.5.
Recipients shall be residents of Muskegon County, Michigan; or graduates of high schools located in Grand Haven, Michigan; or Spring Lake, Michigan.
Preference will be given to students with demonstrated financial need.
