Hampton Roads Spartans Scholarship Fund

Recipients shall be incoming freshmen or upperclassmen enrolled full time at MSU with a home residence in the South East Virginia cities of Newport New, Hampton, Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Norfolk, Chesapeake and Portsmouth.
