LaVerne Noyes Scholarship

The LaVerne Noyes Scholarship was established by the trustees of the LaVerne Noyes estate.
1)Shall have served in the army or navy of the United States of America in the war into which our country entered on the 6th day of April 1917 (World War I), and were honorably discharged, or
2) Shall be descended by blood from someone who has served in the army or navy of the United States of America is said war (WWI), or whose said service in the army or navy in WWI was terminated by death or an honorable discharge

This scholarship is intended to assist MSU students demonstrating financial need and good academic standing. To demonstrate financial need, applicants for the scholarship must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), or Renewal Application, for the appropriate year. All LaVerne Noyes Scholarship awards are made on a yearly basis and are subject to availability of funds and annual determination of financial need. First preference will go to applications submitted by May 1 for the following academic year.
