Oregon/SW Washington Spartans

Students who are residents of the state of Oregon or the southwest Washington counties of Pacific, Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania or Lewis will be considered for this award.
Preference shall be given to students with demonstrated financial need. Undergraduate and graduate students will be eligible for the scholarship, with preference given to undergraduate students.
This scholarship may be renewed as long as the recipient maintains academic progress and continues to meet the scholarship criteria.
