James and Martha Bibbs Spartan Cornerstone Challenge Endowed Scholarship

All students who are entering their freshman or sophomore year at MSU and who are elgible to participate in federal need-based financial aid programs will be considered for Scholarships. Initial Scholarship awards may be made only to such students. Preference for the award of Scholarships will be given to students who are U.S. citizens and graduated from public high schools in Detroit, Ecorse, Flint, Grand Rapids, River Rouge, Highland Park, Lansing, and East Lansing Michigan.

Scholarships will be renewable until the recipient’s graduation, no matter what major or college the recipient chooses, provided that the recipient continues in good standing. The recipient must also remain eligible to participate in federal need-based financial aid programs.
