Chris and Mary Spork Endowed Scholarship

Recipients shall be residents of the state of Michigan who are enrolled full time at Michigan State University.
Recipients should have a high school GPA of 3.5 or better. This scholarship may be awarded to incoming freshmen.
One of the recipients shall be enrolled in the Eli Broad College Residential Business Program as a freshman.
The scholarship is renewal as long as the recipient remain in good academic standing at MSU, while maintaining a full time schedule and on a 4 year graduation track.
It is the intent of the donor to provide one or more scholarships to cover the cost of tuition, fees and books after any federal or other financial aid is applied, with the goal of minimizing the recipients’ need to incur debt to complete their undergraduate degree. Recipients shall not qualify or benefit from substantial federal or state education subsidies, but at the same time do not have the family means to fully fund the cost of education.
