Dr. Herman Hughes Spartan Cornerstone Scholarship Challenge

All students who are pursuing the Ph.D degree in either the Department of Computer Science and Engineering or the Department of Electrical or the Department of Electrical vand Computer in the College of Engineering at MSU and who are eligible to participate in federal need-based financial aid programs will be considered for Fellowships.

ii. Preference for the award of Fellowships will be given to students pursuing a Ph.D degree in either Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) or Electrical vand Computer Engineering (ECE), with a research focus on computer networks or a closely related area of study.

Fellowships will be renewable until the Fellowship recipient’s graduation, provided that the Fellowship recipient remains eligible to participate in federal need-based financial aid programs and continues in good standing.
