Recipients shall be citizens or permanent residents of the United States of America who meet the federal definition for financial need and undergraduate students, including incoming students, enrolled in the College of Engineering with a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0, or its future equivalent. Primary preference shall be given to students in the Department of Electrical Engineering. Secondary preference shall be given to students in the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
